Because our food and beverages are freshly prepared, orders generally cannot be returned once preparation has begun.

Cancellation, refund, replacement, and store-credit requests are subject to our Return & Refund Policy.

If you receive an incorrect, incomplete, damaged, or substantially unsatisfactory order, please contact us as soon as possible after receiving the order.
